Collection: Chessboard

 The Chessboard Series features everyday 18k gold pieces, with a few silver-accented designs. Inspired by the spider’s web, this collection portrays the spider as a chess player in nature, weaving a web that resembles a carefully crafted chessboard, always ready to capture its prey. In many cultures, spiders are seen as symbols of wealth, and their webs are believed to attract fortune, symbolising blessings from above.

Craftsmanship: Using traditional Chinese filigree craftsmanship, this collection is designed by an artist who apprenticed under Master Xian Xiuying, a recognised inheritor of the craft from the Palace Museum in China.
